Remember when video frame grabs where used for magazine adds. It seem to start in the skate industry and bleed over into the BMX world. Here are a couple scans of adds off the back of RIDE magazine taken from the Homeless Bikes blog.
A while back I pulled some frame grabs out of some clips I had on an old hard drive. These where taken during the filming of the Toughombes video.
I guess it worked as long as they kept the size of the image down. Gotta love the jab at the judging in the Lee and James add. Funny stuff.
Next Tuesday is Jonas' birthday and tomorrow we have having a party for him at the house. 15 screaming kids and cake. This should be a good time. Happy third birthday Jonas.

Those old frame grabs are neat. How does seeing your old ad make you feel?
To this day I wonder why that kook made a single coping spine. I just get so stoked to see that tail whip over it. Loved that ramp.
