Freestylin' -- January 1988 Part Three
Part three to the Freestylin' January 1988 post. The Matt Hoffman shot is amazing! And don't forget to check out part two with Gary Pollak.

Freestylin' -- January 1988
Josh White with another amazing cover shot. These tour issues were always a fun look into some of the different team tours. Nice seeing some of the goings on with the riders.
Great opening shot of the Tour 1987 article. I used to love those CW tires. We used to poach them off all the CW bikes that were in the the bike shop I worked at.
Dino DeLuca airing over an alley-ooping Dave Voelker. Cutting it a little close on that one. Wonder how many times these guys hit? The Air over 540 at the Haro shows were always the best.

BMX Action--November 1982
Another kick ass cover from BMX Action and Bob Osborn. Greg Hill leading another race and somehow keeping his feet on those rat trap pedals. Around this time everyone I knew wanted a chrome GT set up like this. Including me. Chrome will get you home. And it might even get you first in the mains.

The Lumberjack
A while back I had posted something about RL racing the horse on That's Incredible. One of the comments on that post was that The Lumberjack (Gary Ellis) could have taken the horse. I would have to agree. I am not knocking Gary Ellis, not in a million years. He was one the the best racers ever. I am knocking Gt though. Really guys? Looking like that could double as a cover to a gay porn movie. S&M had some porn shot in their shop, maybe this was GT's attempt to dabble in that industry.
