Sunday Family Bike Day

Felt really good to get out and ride with the family yesterday. Being on the bike doesn't hurt my foot at all. Yes we ride at a slow pace, but still no pain like I get from walking. And who would have thought Jonas would forget how to ride with training wheels. It was a rather entertaining start to our ride. He must have crashed at least four times in ten minutes. No falls in the river so I was happy.

Family Bike Ride Day

We went and rode our bikes from Boneshakers down to South Town. Nice little six mile ride.

Not sure about all of that jazz, but getting old is fun. Here is my Dad pulling out more that just a gray hair. I think he got about ten or more regular hairs with it.
