Possible one of the creepiest and well, funniest things I have seen in Doctor Who ever. As seen in Terror of the Autons which I received as a Father's Day present. Talk about a kick ass gift. WOOHOO! Thank you Jonas and Monique!

Reverse The Polarity

So it seems that this has become the catchphrase that is most associated with the Third Doctor's era. And the phrase "reverse the polarity of the neutron flow" only showed up twice, once in The Sea Devils, and then in The Five Doctors.
